Quick Chicken Tenderloins and Seasoned Rice

This is what I make when I didn't plan anything out for dinner and I have to make something right now.  It is really quick and you start with frozen chicken tenderloins.  I keep a big bag of them in my freezer because I make this often.  It works great if you have a bunch of kids over for dinner that you didn't expect!  I know this from experience!!  They really like them too. This picture is a small plate, my son's plate he wanted me to say that.

Chicken Ingredients
Frozen Tenderloins, however many you need to make.  2 or 3 per person depending how much each person usually eats.
Olive oil or Grapeseed Oil
Dried Chopped Onions
Seasoning Salt, I use No Salt Seasoning from Costco
Garlic Salt
Italian Seasoning
(Just use any season you like or have already)

Chicken Directions
1  Turn on stove, drizzle olive oil in a saute or fry pan, I put enough to cover the bottom of pan.
2  Add all the seasonings (I just sprinkle some across the oil) stir.
3  Put frozen tenderloins in pan with olive oil mixture.

4  Cover with lid and cook for around 15 minutes, you can flip them about half way through cooking time.
5  Optional, sometimes I cut them up in pan with spatula in bite size pieces and stir around in oil before serving.  It makes them taste even better and easier to divide up if you have lots of kids.

Seasoned Rice Ingredients
Uncooked Rice
Chicken Broth
Seasoning you like.  I use the same seasonings that I use on the chicken above.

Seasoned Rice Directions
Use chicken broth instead of water.  Then add some seasoning in with water, I just sprinkle in seasoning that matches dinner I'm making.  Examples is parsley, dried onions, season salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and cilantro.  Whatever seasonings you like.  Cook your rice as described on container.
