Black Bean Brownies

Nobody will ever know you used black beans, so funny how it comes out like regular brownies.


1 Can 15oz  Black Beans, rinsed and dried
¼ Cup  Cocoa Powder
1 Cup  Sugar
3 TBSP  Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
1 TSP  Vanilla
1 TSP  Salt
1 Cup  Chocolate chips

1  Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in blender till smooth. 
2  Stir in Chocolate Chips. 
3  Pour into greased pan, 8 x 8. 
4  Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or so, sometimes I have to cook for a little longer. 
Sprinkle with powder sugar before serving. 
(When I sprinkled powdered sugar on after cooking, it kind of melted even though it was cool, so to make it look better only put powdered sugar on right before serving.)
