1 Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Place 2 Tbsp butter in 8
x 8 inch glass baking pan. Put in oven until butter is melted and sizzling.
3 Mix
all ingredients together with whisk until completely combined.
4 Take pan out of
oven, pour batter in hot baking pan and put back in oven.
5 Cook until brown and
springs back to touch. Around 15-20 minutes. Eat immediately, best when
hot. |
