When you are in the mood for cinnamon rolls but don't want to go to all the trouble. Try this....
1/2 Cup Bisquick GF
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
Dash of Salt
2 Tbs Butter - For Glass Pie Pan
Cinnamon Topping
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
1 TBSP butter, softened
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 TBSP milk
Glaze Topping - optional
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk, plus more if
needed
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Heat
oven 425 degrees
2 Place
2 Tbsp butter in 9 inch glass pie pan.
3 Combine GF
Bisquick and milk in small mixing bowl, mix until completely
blended.
4 Stir
in eggs and salt , stir with whisk to make sure completely blended.
5 Mix together Cinnamon Topping ingredients in a separate small bowl. If too runny add a little brown sugar, it should be a little thick but enough to drizzle from spoon.

6 Place pie pan with butter only in oven and cook until butter is melted.
7 Remove pan from oven, pour in batter. With a spoon, drizzle cinnamon topping over top. Pictured below.
8 Bake
18-20 min or until golden brown.
9 Mix Glaze Topping ingredients together in small bowl and drizzle over when done cooking.
