I started with a popover recipe but they come out as perfect muffins, light and great tasting. 1 cup Gluten Free Bisquick 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Milk 2 Eggs
Set oven to 425 degrees.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake 425 degrees for around 15 minutes until golden brown.
