Spaghetti Pie
This is delicious and not very many ingredients either. NICE!
You can substitute many ways to fit your likes or needs.
It will seem like too many ingredients to fit in a 9 inch pie plate but it does work.

Ingredients

10 oz          Cooked Spaghetti
1/2 cup       Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1                 Egg, beaten
1 1/2           Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided in half
1 lb             Ground Beef, cooked, drained (or Ground Turkey)
3 tsp            Minced Garlic, or less if you prefer
2 Cups        Spaghetti Sauce. Whatever kind you like that is Gluten free.

Directions
Heat oven 350 degrees F
Spray or butter a 9 inch Pie Plate.
Cook Spaghetti as described by package.
Cook meat and garlic together, I added salt and pepper too. Drain.
Toss cooked spaghetti with egg and Parmesan Cheese.
Press onto the bottom and the sides of pie plate.
Sprinkle with half of the shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Combine cooked meat and pasta sauce, spoon on top of the Mozzarella Cheese.
Sprinkle with the rest of the Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake 30 min and let stand 5 min before cutting into wedges.

Note: The spaghetti that isn't covered with sauce will get crunchy so if you don't like that then make sure spaghetti doesn't go too high up the sides and cover with meat. If you are planning to do that use a little less spaghetti.

Easy and really tasty!!

Milton's Crispy Sea Salt Crackers

These are delicious, if you haven't tried them yet pick some up and see what you think.  They have really good flavor plus the crunch is perfect. Sometimes GF stuff is so thick and too crunchy but these are light and just the perfect crunch.
Here's their website to see where to purchase in your area and other products they offer:

Fried Chicken
Yes I fried the chicken.
I don't hardly ever fry anything but
sometimes you just want fried chicken!!
It is delish!!!

This is what I used:

I used chicken tenders, you can use whatever you like.
I covered in parchment paper and pounded them thin.
Put eggs in one bowl
and in another bowl put about 3/4 cup of season to about 1/4 cup of cheese? I didn't measure.
Dip chicken in egg then in breading mixture.
I heated up grapeseed oil in frying pan on stove.
Put chicken in pan and don't turn them over until they are brown on one side then turn and brown the other side, take out of pan
and put on plate with paper towel.

Enjoy, we loved them.
Sometimes you just have to go over to the fry side.
Wow, look what is coming out in September, YUM!
