Protein Seed Snack Balls

Quick healthy snack
Ingredients

Measurements aren't exact, just put in what you like or how much you like.
Of course make sure all ingredients you are using are gluten free and even better is to get them organic.

1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup oatmeal
Ground flax seed      (I had to grind myself in coffee grinder. I just sprinkled it on top I didn’t measure this. I grind them because they digest better that way.)
Sunflower butter, (I did like 4 heaping teaspoons, enough to make it moist and stick together.)
Drizzle of honey
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Coconut slices, (mine are pretty big so I crumbled them.  I didn’t measure)

Mix it all together then make little balls with cookie scoop and put in refrigerator.

You can add or take out whatever ingredients you want.  

Also on some of them I took my organic dark cocoa bar which has hardly in sugar at all and I made the balls about half the size and I shaved off chocolate with peeler which it kind of turned to dust.  Then I just rolled the balls around in bowl and it coated them.

They are really good.
